Michael A. Greco is a seasoned construction project manager and disaster recovery specialist with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects and property damage assessments.
As a Senior Project Manager for the U.S. General Services Administration, Michael managed over $50 million in active construction projects, including federal courthouse renovations, security upgrades, and infrastructure modernization. He also served as a Construction Analyst (Loss Verifier) for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he conducted more than 500 damage assessments following Hurricanes Maria, Irma, Harvey, Michael, and Florence β directly supporting disaster recovery funding for businesses and communities.
Michaelβs background includes ground-up commercial developments, complex phased renovations, remote cellular tower construction, and critical infrastructure projects across Florida, Hawaii, and the Mid-Atlantic. His expertise spans design-build project delivery, estimating, risk management, owner representation, and insurance loss verification.
Today, he applies his construction and disaster recovery experience as a Public Adjuster Apprentice, helping property owners navigate the insurance claim process and maximize their settlements after catastrophic events.
Michael Greco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an MBA from Chaminade University of Honolulu and is a former Army Captain.
